  This may come as no surprise, but were you aware that almost all owners of new houses are disappointed with their low-flow toilets?
  
  Since 1992, once the U.S. government mandated the low-flows, we Americans have now been put through significantly less flush power...about half the water per flush compared to old fashioned type. The newer models use about one and a gallons of water versus the older ones that use about three and a half. It generally does not have a brain surgeon to work out what will happen: half (or less )efficiency out of our new plumbing installation.
  
  To be sure, technology is working to solve the problem but the situation remains: we are not really getting the company from our "thrones" like we once did.
  
  One of the problems are that numerous flashes are needed to dispense of exactly the same level of waste, blocking issues, and extra denver plumber maintenance. Also, they've been reported to flood more easily.
  
  A few of the above problems completely work from the dilemma of saving water. In the end, in case you have to remove 2 or more times, so how exactly does that save water. Beyond that, however, overflow and blocking issues end up in potentially catastrophic charges when flooring must be changed because of an overflowing toilet.
  
  A recent survey of new home builders and remodelers shows that they, like homeowners, are denver plumber discouraged with this new plumbing limitation. They've noted huge raises on support calls from unhappy customers.
  
  Water saving practices and technologies are certainly the best thing. And, something is for sure: they're here to stay. In reality, a property with low-flow shower heads and low-flow bathrooms can save yourself 1000s of gallons annually. And, who would perhaps not appreciate the savings in water charges? Let us only hope that the plumbing technology continues to get better.
