PE Central is a web site that provides information about developmentatally appropriate physical education practices and programs.

The NFL Network wants to show the value of physical activity and the important role PE plays in kids lives and is awarding grants to middle school PE programs across the country to purchase new equipment and help keep the programs strong. If seems that even the NFL still doesn't fully know it's PE and not gym!

The warm ups from this website are very effective because can help and teach a variety of warm ups to both teacher and student. These warm ups can help all parts of physical fitness such as flexibility, muscular endurance etc. It is easy to incorporate all these warm up into the cirriculum becasue they will inform students at a younger age to always warm up before playing. All these different type of warm up can be very helpful for students when they want to participate in physical activities without the teacher there.
