  You should make the robot closer to the ground so the robot has better balance and control. It wiil not fall as easily if it is closer to the ground.

  in order to lower the center o f gravity you must make the robot as flat as possible

  if you think about it maybe you dont even put the brick on top, i mean im not saying that you cant but you could put it behind
