    I think it is a good idea to not sense directly over the line, but next to it so we can get an easier detection out of it

    i would have to agree because if the robot stay to one side and veers off it only has to go one way to get back so it wouldnt be lost

    it would be best if we placed the senor along the left edge of the black line

    how would this work on the figure 8 track, Wouldnt it would only follow one half of the track?

    it would work on the other tracks if the robot dosent drive off the line a lot.
