Her mother is the abuser. That's so sad because mothers are suppose to be your rock not the cause of your problem.

Here comes the little girl again, silently screaming in darkness, Signaling memories of unspeakable acts,

This abuse has been going on since she was a kid and the now that she has aged she still find herself becoming the scared little kid she used to be.

Too terrible to voice to another soul,

Her mother is hurting her so badly that she don't even have the gut to go out and ask for help because she's ashamed.

She's pleading for unconsciousness, usually people want to get out when they are being abuse but not her she want to get out but at that moment all she's pleading for is for her to faint.
