Up this time … it's Pollo alla Birra {Chicken in Beer}. I'm not a beer drinker, I'm sure I've mentioned that before. You know I'm a wine girl myself. But this really doesn't have an overwhelming BEER taste in it. Trust me, if so I wouldn't be eating it. I know it calls for TWO whole cans of beer. Yes, it does. But it cooks down for like an hour people and reduces into this beautiful amazing
