The Dubai Government has enforced some key property laws to all real estate buyers and investors. They cover many of the legal issues in terms of selling, buying and owning property in Dubai.

The Haryana government gave its nod to extend the upcoming Rapid Metro Rail Gurgaon (RMG) network up to seven kilometres towards south to cover more areas of the Millennium City. Work on a 5 km RMG track between Sikanderpur and DLF Phase-2 is about to be completed and the service is expected to start by March 31. The extended route will benefit people commuting between DLF City Phase I, 4 and 5, independent houses and gated communities in sectors 27, 28, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56 and 57.
