Though Bangalore has been one of the most highlighted city for the retail segment growth, as per the reports by 1st half of 2013, smaller cities like Bellary, Srirangapatnam, Mangalore and Mysore have also portrayed impressive growth figures.
ATS Pristine was launched in Jan 2013. They have twp payment structure , one is down payment for which they are quoting Rs 4500 per sq ft and for special plan it is Rs 5500 per sq ft. The project will be delivered after around 3 and half years, which is end of 2017.
Private equity (PE) investments in Indian real estate fell 46% to about $276 million (Rs.1,638 crore) in the first half of 2013 from a year earlier, but funds worth $2 billion are still available to be deployed in the sector, property consultant Cushman and Wakefield said in a report.
