In the year 1986 Bengaluru district\nwas carved out from Bangalore and splits completely again in the year 2007 by losing\nits identity. The physical appearance of the city has changed according to the\nneeds and demand of this fastest growing mega city of India

    \n\n

The city Bengaluru needs\nworkforce and good proportion of human capital are accumulates here from the\ndifferent part of the rural Bangalore every day. To provide them food and\nshelter Bangalore needs space not only for residential but also for commercial and\nindustrial purpose. The increasing demand in real estate sector investments\nworked a step ahead in acquiring the peripheral areas of Bengaluru district.\nThe airport is located in the rural part of the district and fly overs are made\nto connect it to the city so now the reach Bangalureans are not even coming in\ncontact of these rural residents. Its seems like these poor rural residents\nlost their land in the name of development of the city and are now not even\npart of the this development.

    \n\n

The upper class rich segment with people comes\nunder high income of the city are those who relatively don't belongs to the\ncity and have no interest in the developments of the district.  Headquarters of most of the districts are\nmigrated in another district looking like an exile government of Bengaluru\nurban.

    \n\n

The district can shape its identity as\nBengaluru by not letting people taking advantages of the City. The capital\ngains must be sourced towards the development of educational sector, health and\nmore employment opportunities for the people specifically for those who are\ndefenseless. In a nut shell the district has to strengthen its authority and\nwork for the people lack of power like dalits and poor migrated people.

    \n\n
\nAgriculture is the back boon of every state\nhowever farmers are continuously being pressurized by the real estate builders. The increasing maternal mortality and diseases need special\nattention from the government and should get a slice of capital expenditure. The\ndecreasing expenditure on education and health should be revised by the Karnataka\nand district government along with the private entities like the plots and sites developers of Bangalore using part of district\nland or services. The measure plan of action should concentrate on the development\nof rural part of the district where the people can live in a better ecological\nenvironment.
