This is a very very big combination of real estate areas, because all are emerging areas of NCR, When we take Noida Extension sector 16 C, the area has gone through many ups and downs. If you ask me review of this area, i would rate this area at 3.5 for investment and 2.5 for end use, out of 5. Raj Nagar Extension needs 5-6 years to even become a proper place to stay.
