Subsequently, W.A. excavated 18' down from grade for the entire scope of the home to allow for a new foundation and basement to be installed that would later hold a bowling alley, ballroom, wine room, full movie theater, and indoor pool.

With the excavation complete W.A. Building Movers built the bridge to allow for the units to be moved in place and ready for a new foundation. An amazing job by the team making this crib block bridge out of over 6000 blocks. Add in that each block weighs in at over 60 pounds and that is a ton of weight moved by the crew. We are in Cherry Hill lowering this 6 unit town house that consists of over 19,000 square feet and weighs in over 500 tons. The units were moved over 2500 feet to this location and into a 14 feet deep excavation where a new foundation will be erected. Once the foundation is in place our crew will return and finish the lowering and remove our materials.
