    CommonFloor's brand new initiative, CommonFloor RightStep got great media coverage for their very first seminar on 'Forming an Efficient Association and Waste Management' that took place on India's 64th Republic Day, at Global Incubation services (behind Leela Palace). CommonFloor RightStep is an initiative to bring together resident bodies, civic authorities and experts to throw light on and educate people on forming and managing an efficient association. The very first seminar had experts talking about the legal aspect of forming and running a successful association apart from waste segregation at source, waste management, sewage treatment plant, etc. The entire event went off successfully and got media presence in some of the country's biggest periodicals apart from the coverage in some of the popular vernacular newspapers.

    This Republic Day, when the whole nation pledged to make India a better country, CommonFloor also took a pledge to start making community living and management more efficient and socially responsible.Commonfloor.com stated a whole new initiative called CommonFloor RightStep; an initiative to bring together resident bodies, civic authorities and experts, to address challenges in urban and apartment living. The idea behind taking up such an initiative was not only to educate association about forming and running a successful association, but also, to make these communities more responsible towards social issues.
