Implantation cramps are felt in the abdomen about 8-10 days after ovulation. Implantation cramps can be felt as the fertilised egg burrows into the wall of the uterus (womb). The pain or cramping is usually only felt for a few days and is relatively minor. Sometimes it is associated with light bleeding, which is called implantation bleeding. Some women feel it is the beginning of their period, while other women may not experience any cramping or bleeding at all. Implantation cramps and bleeding are one of the earliest signs of pregnancy.

Since most regions of North and South Kolkata and other central regions are all cramped for space, most new development is happening in the eastern front with regulated roads and highways and very good civic infrastructure. Impact would be positive in my opinion but as far as returns on property investments are concerned think long term. This is just a starting phase but also a good time to purchase and hold.

Ruchi Group has done a commendable job with its Active acres project. Phase 1 of the construction period is finished and they have already given possession to over 600 flats. Not many families have moved in as of now but slowly people are likely to move in. With 80% landscaped gardens and open areas, Active acres offers a good opportunity to invest in otherwise cramped Kolkata.
