Rakib Raihan on 12 Oct 12Implantation cramps are felt in the abdomen about 8-10 days after ovulation. Implantation cramps can be felt as the fertilised egg burrows into the wall of the uterus (womb). The pain or cramping is usually only felt for a few days and is relatively minor. Sometimes it is associated with light bleeding, which is called implantation bleeding. Some women feel it is the beginning of their period, while other women may not experience any cramping or bleeding at all. Implantation cramps and bleeding are one of the earliest signs of pregnancy.
