Purvi Joshi on 17 Sep 13The project is in a pre launch state, after a month the builders are launching it. they are offering 1-2-3 bhks and the starting price is Rs 42 lacs. According to the sales executive the approvals will come on oct 2013. The completion date is in 2016 December. I guess till then the metro will also start working. The project is yet to be approved by the GDA.
