This project is located in sector-117, Noida..and recently one of my friend booked a flat here. I felt it has high quality of construction. Also it would be easy for traveling for working people as metro station is near by only. The price per sq ft would be around Rs 5,150. The area is around 1045-1090 sq ft for 2 bhk, and 1455-1545 for 3bhk.The expected possession is around March 2017. The lauching price was around Rs 5,000.
