The project is on pre launch stage they are planning to launch the project by this Diwali or later. The project is located at Electronic City so you can expect appreciation after few years when all the infrastructural development get operational. Pre launch price is Rs 3650 and after that they are planning to increase the price to Rs 3900 to Rs 4000 and they are not ready to negotiate. The project is expected to get completed by 2016 end.
