Especially, sectors 74 to 79, have been witnessing a significant rise in resale property market, mainly because of the metro extension and increase of high-end projects. According to records these areas have seen a rise of 15 percent in resale house values while the actual price is 10-15 percent lesser than units in some of the ongoing high-end projects.
