The Delhi Noida direct flyover also known as DND flyover has been a boon for traffic movement between New Delhi and the satellite town of Noida. The DND flyover is part of the various expressways and flyovers in the city including the Noida-Greater Noida expressway and the Noida-Agra Expressway. The eight landed highway has been one of the most well maintained projects in the capital. The real estate prices along the DND flyover range between Rs. 7000 to Rs 12,000 per square feet depending on the township and its distance from the closest metro station.
