  Finally, the local Portuguese and the torrent of foreign sellers have finally realised that buyers are in short supply. The glut of property for sale and the lack of buyers has finally made its toll on property prices.
  The Euro is gaining strength against the Dollar and Pound and therefore reducing the number of buyers from these countries.
