RE 6575: Lit-n-Tech

I love this! We have been working on word families for awhile now- and I wish I would have had this when we were working on the -at family. This is so fun for the children- much more entertaining than listening to me try to explain -at words!

I read about this site through my tech reading this week- but thought it was worth posting again! This site is said to be a combination of Facebook, Wikipedia and YouTube all in one! Yet- the focus is on education. Looks like yet another great way to collaborate and share!

Yet another great resource for teachers and students to use in the classroom. This site was mainly created when video streaming began to be blocked in schools.

This is a great site- I use it a lot in my classroom! We will be talking about Dr. Seuss very soon- and I found Justin B. to tell the story of Green Eggs and Ham! Very similar to videos you would find on youtube- but you can use this is your classroom!

For those of us who want to show video, but YouTube is blocked due to school filters!

This website helps you create mind maps for free. This could be a great resource for grades 3-5!

This big huge thesaurus is perfect for every day use! It's very easy to use and can be used in your classroom every day! Put it as a shortcut on your desktop to make it more easily accessible! :)
