The Rawfoodfamily on 12 Jul 09We did it again! Because we still have borrowed the food dehydrator from our friends, we had to do another recipe! For the record: We normally eat very simple. Ripe fruits, and greens. We make green smooties daily, eat veggies and juice. We do not mix too many food together at once, do not mix several fat sources, like nuts and oil, and we do not eat dehydrated food more than once in a while. All this as an explanation, because people have wondered about our diet. The recipe shows do not reflect our daily diet! This recipe and all the other ones, are a great inspiration to all the people who have started with rawfood, or still eat normal cooked food, and just want to have an inspiration for a healthy alternative.
