hi, I seem to have a problem with my internet explorer 8. it is starting up automatically when I start my computer. By starting up I mean that as soon as i start up.
All pc users out there who need to reliably fix a jqs_plugin.dll - spend a moment to scan this brief report. Unfortunately, many computer users these jqsiestartdetectorimpl days just do not.
