Until the cost of getting to the moon is more affordable if, I think the money could be spent more effectively right here on the planet and we could be happy with singing the official state song of Vermont which can be Moonlight in Vermont.
  
  Nearly every starving child in the world might be fed and clothed for 10 years for the price of giving up just one moon shot. my good sense, my conscience, My bible and every bone in my human anatomy says that could be a far better way to spend the fifteen million bucks.
  
  I know you can find people who will think this is a preposterous suggestion and perhaps it's. So I'll offer yet one more suggestion that I think is for a passing fancy level as sticking America with a fifteen billion dollar bill merely to restore a couple of moon rocks. We could search for that cow, you realize, usually the one who jumped on the moon. We could teach his aim for a while therefore he could hit the darned moon the next time. He can jump right back with the stones and dirt for the experts to check around and wed save a bunch of taxpayers money.
