A high-end project management software. They have hosted-server version where they install it to their servers and you acces through internet and server version where you have to install it to your own server and access through intranet which increase security. Ideal for mid-size to large corporate. It may require some training. For a small projects it might be an overkill. If your company is primarily doing projects that lasts longer than 3 months, it will pay off. It is especially good for managers and CEO. They can get a snapshot report of all the projects in the company and it may help them to do accurate long term decisions.

These are all high-end products. They are all very comprehensive however not so much easy to use such as basecamp, 5PM, agilezen.

Great project management software that employs Kan-Ban. I find this very practical for those who are doing multi-tasking between various projects. 5PM software has better calender features. However with AgileZen you can pull as many jobs(stories) as you want in your daily working slate and you can switch back and forth. Not many project management softwares has Kan Ban style daily working slate.

This is adverstised as a bookmarking software however it has advanced features that qualifies it for a great project management software. This is ideal for people who are primarily doing online research. Good for journals, newspapers, magazines, news agencies, tv shows etc. However Licorize only makes sense if you are collaborating with others which is not available in the free version. Premium version is $4-$5 monthly.

Huddle has great Dashboard with tabs. Tabs are overview, whiteboards, tasks, files, meetings, people. Everything you need and nothing you don't. $15 user/month is reasonable except there is a minimum of 10 users.
