Very interesting how the Nordic countries top number one for gender equality. Maybe American companies should send researchers over to pick up a few pointers.
I don't know if a bill is an appropriate article, but i did find this interesting. The bill is not as bad as those who oppose it in the media make it out to be. But whats interesting is looking at the number of people who support it publicly; out of 500 people only 2% support this bill, yet it passed the senate 93% in favor to 7% not in favor.
Diversity and ethics go along way in the workplace and are soemthing to be taken very seriously. Every business should take pride in these categories and make sure they are implementing training programs so none of these issues conflict with their work.
