A Preliminary Analysis of Privacy On Google+ - 0 views

  •
This article is about some concerns with Google+ Privacy. I think that all social media has some loop hole for hackers to get in. I think the simple solution is not to share information on social media that you wouldn't want everyone in the world to see.

Gender Justice: Eliminating Gender Barriers - 0 views

This is actually most of the last paragraph of the post on this page but I thought it was a nice summary of the principles behind this group: "In our concluding remarks, we touched on the connection between the biased images seen in the film and cognitive bias. The media continually recreates stereotypes, which generate cognitive biases, which lead to real-world discrimination in our workplaces and schools. How can we break that cycle? Educating ourselves about cognitive bias is a good start."

Senate passed bill 1867 - 1 views

  •
I don't know if a bill is an appropriate article, but i did find this interesting. The bill is not as bad as those who oppose it in the media make it out to be. But whats interesting is looking at the number of people who support it publicly; out of 500 people only 2% support this bill, yet it passed the senate 93% in favor to 7% not in favor.

The goal of giving form to a complex situation like the credit crisis is to quickly supply the essence of the situation to those unfamiliar and uninitiated. This project was completed as part of my thesis work in the Media Design Program, a graduate studio at the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California.
