      The ipod classic doesn't need to be updated its all ready the best it can be. Plus people are now buying the itouch and the ipod nano instead of the ipod classic.
  • Some minor tweaks aside, the iPod Classic has basically been the same since October 2005
  • That's plenty for most music lovers, but it will set you back $399 -- $150 more than the $249 iPod Classic.
