Frankreichs Ed Banger Records ist in den letzten sieben Jahren zu einem der wichtigsten Elektro Musiklabels gewachsen. Im Zuge dessen und des siebenjährigen Jubiläums hielt das Label im Februar Einzug in NYC, in den populären Terminal 5. Mit einem Event-Wochenende der Sonderklasse und entsprechendem Line-Up. Konbini.com war mit dabei und hat das ganze Spektakel auf Video festgehalten. Dieses wird nun als siebenteilige Webdokumentation gezeigt. Ausgestrahlt an sieben aufeinander folgenden Tagen. Mit der Ed Banger Crew auf Erkundung der New Yorker Clubszene, zeigt es außerdem ihren Erfolg in den USA. Dabei featured die Doku das rasante Leben der Ed Banger Künstler, wie Justice, Uffie, Busy P, DJ Medhi, SoMe, Sebastian, Breakbot und Feadz. Dafür setzen Ed Banger ihre kreative Zusammenarbeit mit Etnies fort. Start der Serie ist morgen, den 23. Juni. Die Preview ist vielversprechend.

Por celebrarse el séptimo cumpleaños de Ed Banger records este 23 de junio, se ha creado el documental The Ed Banger Seven. En el documental veremos cómo Busy P y So Me se toman las calles de New York junto al fundador de Etnies Pierre-Andre Senizergues mientras conversan de los éxitos de Justice, Dj Mehdi o nuestra mina zorreada favorita, Uffie. A l'occasion des 7 ans du label Ed Banger, découvrez l'une des 7 vidéos mises en ligne, intitulée The Partyyy qui, comme son nom l'indique, nous dévoile des images de live, démarrant sur une grosse prestation de Dj A-Trak, suivi de Busy P, Justice, bref, des grosses soirées comme on aimerait pas en louper... Il s'agit de la 5ème vidéo, sur les 7 de prévues, réalisées à l'occasion de l'anniversaire du label ainsi que de sa collaboration avec la marque de basket "Etnies", qui devrait probablement donner lieu à de jolies modèles "Ednies"...

Well, you know what they say about the best laid plans, and in this case, the best laid plans of seven electro and dance artists get waylaid, and we see the Ed Banger crew make their way around town to find something to eat instead.

En diciembre fue el aniversario numero 7 de Ed Banger Records. Para celebrarlo armaron una mega-pari en la Gran Manzana con Justice, Busy P, Sebastian, Breakbot, Uffie, Feadz y So Me… Fue un desmadre. Mentiria si no les dijera que considero a las personas de esta crew como unos de los sujetos con mas estilo en este mundo, que creo que Ed Banger sigue siendo una propuesta muy solida y que creo que quién dice lo contrario queda automaticamente clasificado como alguien en quien no puedes confiar. La verdad es que me emociono muy facilmente; en los próximos meses tenemos algunas sorpresas preparadas en colaboración con el crew de Ed Banger y no puedo esperar mas para ver los resultados. Live Fast, Die Old.

Ich hab euch ja vor ein paar Tagen das Video zur Ed Banger Seventh Anniversary gezeigt. Kurze Vorgeschichte dazu: Ed Banger Records hat im Februar diesen Jahres ihren siebten Geburtstag im Terminal 5 in New York gefeiert. Konbini.com, eine WebTV-Plattform hat dieses Event bzw. Wochenende auf Video gebannt. Dazu gab es dann eben ein paar Tage später eine ca. 30 minütige Dokumentation, wovon ich dachte, dass es das war. Aber nun gibt es eine kleine Webserie mit 7 Folgen. Ab dem 23.Juni wird jeden Tag eine Folge veröffentlicht. Die Folgen zeigen die Ed Banger Crew, wie sie New York Clubszene erkunden und zeigen ihren Erfolg in den USA.
