ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Tuesday chaired a high-level emergency meeting to review the relief measures taken in the wake of the earthquake that struck country yesterday. The meeting was convened to discuss comprehensive plan to tackle the situation in the aftermath of the disaster that resulted in the loss of lives and damaged infrastructure.

"PESHAWAR: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif Wednesday announced a comprehensive relief package for the earthquake affectees across the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gligit-Baltistan and FATA, Samaa reported."

ISLAMABAD: As part of relief operation, National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) has sent another C-130 aircraft carrying 8 tons of wheat flour to Gilgist Baltistan on Thursday.
