Pros 1) Consistent layout makes the portfolio easy to read 2) Text and product titles are unique to each project 3) Nice variety of sketches, renderings and physical prototypes Cons 1) Lacks a table of contents or sub category dividers, which would tell the reader what they're seeing 2) Cover and final pages have a competitive aesthetic with the rest of the portfolio 3) Too much writing to read everything...important text should be different (larger, colored, bold etc.)

Pros: - Looks clean and professional -easy to navigate and can get to anywhere from any place - good link buttons and features (i.e. highlighting the little squares shows a thumbnail of its link) Cons: - Could use more of the screen

Pros: - Straightforward categories on home page -Easy navigation, can get to everywhere at all times Cons: - Almost too many links, some go to the same place - Could be simplified - image links could be more specific (a little confusing when no number is highlighted and there is just a blank screen)

Pros: 1 Call me a minimalist, but I think with online academic portfolios --less equals more. These example speaks to that. 2 Simple sidebar navigation with links to PDF CV/ Portfolio. Everything is easy to get to and download if need be. 3 Images standalone to let the work do the convincing. Additionally, even the text is transparent to distract less from images/ work. 4 The idea of putting the title at the bottom right corner is intriguing, settle, and sexy...a slick move indeed! Cons: None!

Pros: 1 Home Page is simple but still vivid enough. RMJM does a good job of supplement images with sexy text and background colors. Very Professional! 2 There is a good hierarchy of title and subtitle with equally interesting category titles. 3 Overall layout is clean and easy to navigate. Cons: 1 The site uses only a fraction of the entire window spread, images could be larger. 2 Sub title text is too small.

3 things I like: simple background gives the images "pop" scrolling through project photos is easy text is well-written and to the point 3 things I dislike: the variety of projects is not apparent navigation is not consistent from different parts of the site if you don't move the cursor to the image, you don't know that there are more images

3 likes: the name of the project/client comes up when you hover over the image on the to page there is an instruction to click for more sample images, and when you click, it takes you to a selction of larger images that are easy to navigate I appreciate the bit of color in their top bar with the logo & name -keep it from being too sterile and boring 3 dislikes: their contact info is a bit "hidden" at the bottom (although I like that its on every page) the images load a touch slowly because of the fade in & out Their text portions lack images or visual interest

Pros: 1- The projects are expressed in a clean and direct way- no flash to divert attention. 2- The photographic grey background works well with each project color palette and offers continuity to the site. 3-Easy to navigate. Cons: 1-The main page image changes and some images obscure the wording for selecting categories. 2- The project descriptions are inserted with white background and jump off the page. 3- I feel like there might be a more emotive font that is more in line with each project's feel.

My expectations for this course - 5 views

First, I wanna know how to create a website to post my works. It should not like a bolg. Using bolg to post personal works seems too boring. I find that maybe some website like http://www.behance.n...
