  Hello, I am working for tutorials on Photoshop on vector drawing or something similar to draw designs and patterns. For example,http://imgur.com/p3vPes.jpg. It is a pictures of some patterns I made in MS Paint. How can I do the same in Photoshop and learn about what layer filters do or other applicable tips?
