Here is David Hockney's website it has some neat examples of gestalt.

David Talley is a 19-year-old fine art photographer who has attracted a sizable following on Flickr through his dreamlike portraits and self-portraits. He often spends a good deal of time and energy setting up his shots. For the photograph above, Talley and his buddy hauled a huge door nearly a mile to the beach.

Check this dude out! His work is really interesting and surreal. A lot of his photography has hidden messages about society, he's like the Andy Warhol of our generation.

I checked him out! his work is definitley different! i really like it!!

this is a really cool picture by david hockney and its a bunch of pictures put together to make one image and its amazing because its not just one big picture he leaves white space and uses all different shapes to create the picture.
