    This website offers hundred of SAT and ACT practice questions for free. It is very useful to get adjusted to the types of questions and trickery that standardized tests often do. This also gives you basic formulas and vocabulary to study!

    This website makes the top 10, 50, or 100 best colleges for specific things. For example, if you wanted to look up the best 50 lib real arts colleges, Forbes will give you a list to look at. It is important not to trust these lists completely, since everyone has their own opinion about what makes a school the 'best." But these schools are a good starting point in the research process.

    This website is a great place to to look up reviews about potential colleges. If you type into the search bar one of the colleges that you are looking at, it will pull up a profile with candid reviews. Most website tell the basic things about colleges, such as tuition, majors, etc. However, the Princeton Review gives candid feedback, such as "A blend of hippies and trust-fund children." What do you guys think of Candid reviews? Do you trust them?

    This website has describes everything about Skidmore College. One of the tools I found very useful on this website is the virtual tour tool. This allows you to explore the campus without driving all the way there. It also gives you history of the school, and gives you tips for applying.

    The college board website has been very helpful throughout my exploration. The website lets you search colleges, and shows you only the important nuggets of information, without the hassle of combing though the colleges website.
