Painting a theater set is much different than painting a house, the solid colors and muted tones of most residential homes would wreak havoc with stage lighting. This site is very helpful as it has many tips on how to paint your set so that it looks good on stage. It also has a lot of information on how not to spend too much money when designing and building your sets. Construction rules are also included in the article.

Three-dimensional Character Questions - 1 views

  •
12/4/13 I found this article on how to make an actor become a three-dimensional character. The Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts Dee Cannon shares the ten questions that actors need to investigate about their character to make them a fully-idealised person instead of just a character's dialogue with a visual of them. The ten questions and Cannon's advice on how to answer the questions through your character's point of view helped me to understand how professional actor's are able to become the character. A couple of the questions reminded me of what I talked about with Jen Allred about how to act my break-up scene in "A Christmas Carol" well. It also gave me other suggestions that I will use the next character I act.

Dolphin Training - 0 views

  •
This website really helped me to get an inside look at the training that goes into dolphins. It was really incredible as it described different techniques to use when training them, different commands, the different stages of training. It was also incredible to just learn about dolphins and their personalities and behavioral tendencies involving stimulation. This site is definitely one that I'd recommend to someone else who wants to know more about the field and dolphins in general.
