The document encoding is automatically determined on file loading. The program has a simple FTP client built-in that allows fast uploads and downloads of CGI scripts to and from web servers. The built-in FTP client fully supports various Cyrillic encodings. Mastak Absolute Perl runs on the following operating systems: Microsoft Windows 95, 98, NT 4.0, 2000. The only requirement is that Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 4.0 or higher) should be installed on the machine.
