  This source is reliable, because it is in the Book Notes section of the Harvard Human Rights Journal. Also, it will benefit me in writing my I-Search paper since talks about what King Leopold II did in the Congo Region- negatively. And that's what I'm looking for! But to be honest, I don't think I'll be using this a whole lot, but I will probably use it for quotes, since it's very heart-touching.

Also, since it covers a broad resource on the Belgian Congo, I will be able to find information that will benefit me.
