Print out the PDF file for three graphic organizers to help students plan their goals. I really like the last page with the speech bubbles. The font is a little hard to read, but you could use this as an idea and reproduce your own version

Intro setting a goal by playing a game with a ball. Pass the ball around to everyone once then try to do it faster the second time, set a goal to finish the game in x amount of minutes.
