Weebly for educators allows you to have your own blog and class site and also lets you manage your students' portfolio sites. There is a pro edition ($40 year) that opens up some other features like selected password protected pages, audio player, increased file size limit, embedded documents and a file uploader for your site. Weebly comes with 10 student site spaces and additional spaces are reasonably priced.
