ere is the Google translation which I edited slightly of the section about P2PU. Peer2Peer University Virtual University is currently the most popular and most sought-after project in open education. If students want to study virtual university courses, they can set up a site proposed courses, and arrange for study time, in-line to meet each other counseling. Each class on both a volunteer counselor, responsible for learning and orderly proceed. In the Hewlett Foundation to provide seed capital of 70 thousand U.S. dollars in support, Peer2Peer launched the first batch of a total of 10 pilot courses, course content from behavioral economics to information visualization. These elements have a considerable number of online viewers, students are all self-study fans.

Brownstone, Redbrick, Ivy League are a few of the names sometimes associated with different types of universities. But increasingly there is a new kid on the block with a new title: the peer-to-peer internet university. Peer-to-peer is a form of higher education that is exploiting the benefits of the internet to bring students to university who might otherwise miss out. The "School of Open," which would aim to collaboratively develop and run curriculum and courses on copyright and CC license training for educators, librarians, and others, was the most popular, gaining lots of buy-in from affiliates and external partners. "Open Policy / Legislation exchange" was seen as being able to be incorporated in the "School of Open," with some policy-strategic conversations remaining offline and private to the CC community.
