marius: Wie stark schätzen Sie die OER-Bewegung in Deutschland ein?   Robert Gehring und Bernd Lutterbeck: Sehr schwach, das hat auch eine aktuelle Studie des Instituts für Medien- und Kompetenzforschung vom Januar 2007 gezeigt. Ganze Fachrichtungen beteiligen sich daran nicht, zum Beispiel die überwiegende Anzahl der Juristen. AnnaLeaD: Warum - schätzen Sie - ist die OER-Bewegung in Deutschland schwach ausgeprägt?   Robert Gehring und Bernd Lutterbeck: Erstens: Offenheit ist keine typisch deutsche Tugend. Zweitens: Viele Wissenschaftler lehnen das Modell ab, weil sie ihre Reputation angeblich nur durch Veröffentlichungen in kostenpflichtigen Journalen erzielen können. Und drittens denken wir, dass es sich auch um ein Generationenproblem handelt. Jüngere Wissenschaftler sind wesentlich offener gegenüber OER.
