This tool integrates with my school Outlook calendar and allows anyone with my link to schedule a meeting with me! Our school tech coach utilized it last spring, and it was amazingly easy. Instead of bouncing emails back and forth, her calendar showed me available times, and I booked what worked for me! I envision this being a fantastic tool to use for parents or students to schedule office hour appointments, as well as for student committees to schedule check-ins with me at times that work for them!

I ran across Jesse on Twitter, and now follow his posts on his website/blog. He shares great strategies for building online communities and has a fresh perspective on grading- especially in the online world. While he works at a collegiate level, I find the research and practice to still be relevant and applicable to high school teaching.
