  I recently saw a presentation where a short video was imbedded and shown. The video MESSAGE did help in a very important way and the video MESSAGE alone was not fluff, however, the way the video was made had too much fluff.
  It bothered me. I found myself not watching the video, only listening to the words as the visuals had too much fluff/noise.
