Bloomin' Apps -Kathy Schrock's Guide to Everything - 2 views

  •
This website provides multiple apps for teachers to use. The apps provided on this website support Bloom's Revised Taxonomy, which is also explained on this website. Browse this website for fun and educational apps to better the technology in your classroom!
  •
Includes all the Bloomin' versions in one place! I chose this resource for chapter 8 because it contains rubrics and guidelines for educational apps. These rubrics will be a useful tool to refer to when trying to decide if an app should be used in the classroom.
  •
This a good resource to look for apps and websites based on Bloom's Taxonomy. It separates the apps based on levels of learning from surface to deeper learning.

WHAT WORKS IN EDUCATION The George Lucas Educational Foundation This is a great website for people that are new to PBL. Videos and blogs are on this website to give more information to the readers.
  •
I liked this website because it provided examples of problem based learning in addition to videos to see it in action within a classroom.
  •
This website has several resources teachers can use to better understand what a PBL is and how to use it. It has videos to assist in explanation and it provides several links to ensure teachers know what they are using and how it can be the most beneficial for their students.
  •
I love this website. It has a lot of resources, ideas and videos that you can use in your future classroom!
  •
I feel that this is a great resource for Project Based Learning because Edutopia does a wonderful job of explaining what PBL is, how it came about, and how successful PBL can be in the classroom.
  •
Edutopia is a great site in general and provides an abundance of valid sources the teacher can use to educate themselves on PBL.
