I think that the website layout would work best for me and what I want to relay to parents as a whole. I think this is very easy to operate with labeled tabs. This is more user friendly for parents that may not be tech savy.

I also like the idea of a blog, it is easy to follow along and it can be updated easily. The blog is something that can be done daily/weekly.
