This website is another great way to have easy access to Common Core lesson plans. I now have two websites that can be useful for new teachers or even old teachers receiving help with their lessons. Although Oklahoma is at a limbo with what they are using standards wise, we can always come back to these and adapt them for different lessons or standards.

LiveBindes is a lot like weebly, but instead of making a website you make an online binder for which every subject you need. You can put your portfolio in a binder as well as a back up.

This is a YouTube video that can help our students that work on this project at home if they get stuck. This will allow for help outside of class when we are not there. YouTube is always a helpful tool in learning something new.

Weebly is an amazing tool. This is a way for you to keep a fun version of your portfolio. This is a way we can keep our information and projects in a place that you can design yourself. You make it all your own and also have a back up in case you forget something on your portfolio and lose it. It is a great way to show future employers your portfolio in a way that expresses your personality.

This website shows different activities your students can do in order to show that they understood the lesson and you can assess them with that particular project instead of one project throughout the who class. This is another form of the "open rubric" that we have discussed. You can choose from these, or search more, and create an open rubric allowing students to choose which one they wish to do and you grade them based off of that project.

http://achievethecore.org/ I chose this website because it has different lesson plans, activities, assessments, writing samples, and professional development tabs that you can choose in order to teach a lesson in Language Arts or Mathematics from grades K-12. This is a great tool for first time teachers who may not have lesson plans or ideas for lessons yet because they are first starting out and here is where they can gain their first lessons.
