This fascinating website falls under the "finding information/resources" section of week 6, as it offers nearly 200 specific YouTube channels that can be used in the educational field. This site even includes an "Office of EdTech" component, which students can use to practice using technologies and their educational points. In the same way, teachers can use it to incorporate technology into lessons. This webpage serves as a means of finding resources, because it offers and describes numerous YouTube pages that present information on many needs and topics.

Wiggio is a website is similar to facebook and twitter and you can work in groups easily, and it is a single website that brings many different aspects together in one simple website. My big campus is a website that makes it easy for teachers to collaborate with other teachers, students, as well as parents. On top of these, my big campus is also great at helping to create lesson plans, and track your students success. Goorulearning is a website that allows teachers and students to learn in new and fun ways. You can gear the quizzes and study guides for the specific grade you are teaching. Mrs. Cornejos blog is a great example of a blog that each person in our group could see using and even gearing our own blogs around. This blog is a great way to keep parents involved in what is happening in the classroom. Mrs. Anderson's website is an example of a wiki website and is similar to a blog and students can get involved as well.

Rob Miller is a middle school principal in Jenks and has unique and interesting views about the state department, state superintendent, state testing and specifically the A-F report card. His blog is well written and always interesting. Enjoy.

This website is a great resource for using iPads in the classroom.

This was our first pick out of the resources. It's an education website that we used to find quality apps best for our students learning. Instead of it being just a general search engine we could put specifics in place to narrow our search.

This is a GREAT website for teachers of ALL ages. It provides lesson plans (PDF and online versions), interactive games, classroom posters, and numerous other teaching tools for teaching students about Digital Citizenship. It also has these tools for other topics like EdTech and Professional Development.

I chose this as one of my 5 resources because I liked how it gave this history of technology integration as well as videos to watch that showed examples of technology integration. This specific link shows benefits of integrating technology as well as where the idea began. I think this website would be a very good website to show any teacher who is skeptical of integrating technology into their classroom.
