S.O.S. for Information Literacy is a dynamic web-based multimedia resource for educators that promises to make a significant contribution to enhancing the teaching of information literacy skills to students in K-16. The project is currently in its final stage of development in which S.O.S. is being expanded for use by high school and college level educators.S.O.S. for Information Literacy will link lesson plans and teaching ideas to related real-world multimedia examples of excellence in teaching, especially focusing on collaborative efforts between classroom teachers and library media specialists in K-12. There are useful lesson plans, powerpoint, handouts, web pages, and activities for your students to learn about information literacy, plagiarism, and digital citizenship.

This was our first pick out of the resources. It's an education website that we used to find quality apps best for our students learning. Instead of it being just a general search engine we could put specifics in place to narrow our search.

This is a GREAT website for teachers of ALL ages. It provides lesson plans (PDF and online versions), interactive games, classroom posters, and numerous other teaching tools for teaching students about Digital Citizenship. It also has these tools for other topics like EdTech and Professional Development.

This website shows how to make a google search engine customized. This will be used in our lesson for online intelligence for more help and instructions for the students to make their own customized google search engine.

This youtube video is a Tedx talk about digital footprints. Michelle does a great way of explaining why knowing how big of digital footprints you have is important. She gives insight for people and the students to understand more about this topic. We will show this in our class to aid in our lesson for online intelligence.
