After the return to form from the financial trade boosting demand for commercial realty in the Capital's West End, brokers specialising in office space rental proclaiming an increase of 31% in the rent charges being collected in the area with prices of around eighty five pound per square foot being sought during the close of 2010. This increase in price has led to this popular part of the city replacing Tokyo, the Japanese capital, as the priciest city in which to take tenancy in commercial real estate, with The Independent newspaper broadcasting that fresh searches from large companies such as Apple and Google have played their part in strengthening requirements.
