Celebrated building redevelopment firm Urban Splash are continuing with the restoring of Royal William Yard which can be found in Plymouth, Devon, a former yard for the navy, that has already experienced a degree of redevelopment work resulting in the creation of commercial realty of mixed-use. According to a piece by online serviced offices company http://officebroker.com the most recent planning permission gives the go ahead for work to proceed on a fourth structure, named the New Cooperage, that will, once completed, will be in a position to home 20000 sq. ft. of retail and business use. The refurbishment started almost immediately once the go ahead was awarded for the new development, the plans for which were put together by local Totnes-based architects Gillespie Yunnie. This is the 4th property at the location that will be updated by Urban Splash and the South West Regional Development Agency.
