    Throughout the course of the last 20 years job satisfaction has been gradually dropping across workers of all generations, with people of fifty years and upwards currently being the least satisfied, as stated in the study by at the University of Duisburg-Essen. This is relevant to companies that want Cologne office space. The Cologne economy is in a relatively good position, however Colognes workers are less and less satisfied with their jobs, as reported by a study out Tuesday suggesting lower incomes coupled with increasing working pressures are responsible. In the mid-eighties job satisfaction was recorded at an average of 7.6 / 10 but in 2009 that average score had reduced to 6.8 and additionally, back in 1984 executives aged 50 and above were among the most satisfied.
